RE: what kind of kits would you like to see more of
X planes, Luftwaffe jets, ME 163 would be awesome {real cheater holes;)}, same for the Huckenbien, Saab stuff{ Drakken, Tunnan etc} Mig-17,21,25, a Horten would be great too.
ME-262 with a single engine{no seriously, I have looked into modding the fuse to hold the engine, seems like it could be done with a weird angle cut pipe and a more tapered bottom aft fuselage} I think it could be done and not look too goofy. Anything weird, obsolete, experimental. If I see another new kit for an F-15,16,18 I will puke[:'(] Love em but they are way overdone, especially when there is soo many potentially neat planes to be put into a kit. |
RE: what kind of kits would you like to see more of
no we need more of the same old stuff...like more mustange, ealges............bobcats, king kats...
[:@]I just love seeing the same stuff over and over. I now buy old D/f videos to see different jets, Nowadays its seems like its all the same.[:'(] |

I guess that's one casualty of the DF era being behind us--there sure was a lot more variety. Now it's so cookie-cutter. |
RE: what kind of kits would you like to see more of
I love military jets BUT Please NO MORE F-16's, F-15's and Vietnam era planes!
All great planes but I've seen enough! How about more unusal like the YF-23! (OK, so I've said that one before!) The Russians made some cool planes as well like the Mig 37(concet plane) and Mig 1.42 that would both be cool to see in an ARF form! Now were talking! I do like sport jets as well. I love the looks of my old Sport Shark and it would be cool to have it double sized in an ARF form. Myles |
RE: what kind of kits would you like to see more of

Knights of the Air used to make one YEARS ago. I've always liked the airplane being that I'm a huge Blue Angels nut.
|
RE: what kind of kits would you like to see more of
F-35, it should make one helluva flying model, specially the Navy version with the bigger wing.
|
RE: what kind of kits would you like to see more of
Who is going to make my F11 Tiger kit !!!!!! How about a B-1B for the 7-8 pound turbines OR: P-59 Airacomet ( Not very pretty, but it was our first jet. It ought to fly like a trainer) |
RE: what kind of kits would you like to see more of

RE: what kind of kits would you like to see more of
I really like the looks of the new Lockheed/Korean T-50...it's a T-38 meets an F-16. I also like to see an F-5E and the JSF...don't care which version. Civilian aircraft don't interest me at all.
|
RE: what kind of kits would you like to see more of
OOOOOOHHHHH!!! BIG F-5 would be nice. :) Here's an oddball, how about an EA-6B. [8D] I would also like to see some more of the Saab stuff. Maybe a 1/6 scale Viggen? :D

RE: what kind of kits would you like to see more of
F-111 for DF and turbines Or a Saber liner, F-102, 105, the japan T-2 would be cool. or the navy t-2buckeye.. how about a beachJet T-1? Mig 21,31,25,.The list can go on and on.Arfs are nice but i rather build.from kit..that why you know how things are put together.. to me there seams to ba alot of the same stuff over and over and not in just jets...
|
RE: what kind of kits would you like to see more of
I want a 3 meter Saab Wiggen, whith at least 25 kg thrust, or a same size Saab Gripen[8D]
Su-35 is not a bad choise either.[8D] I think there is a major market for this big models, much bigger than the manufacturers have foreseen. I know about the Liebetrau F-5, and the AMT F-16, but do anyone know some other atractive, or unusual model in this size/category? I guess I have to wait for Harald`s Flanker project.. If it ever will be released[:-] Gudmund |
RE: what kind of kits would you like to see more of
Big A-4 would be cool
Johnny Hernandez |
RE: what kind of kits would you like to see more of
Ok- On the A-4 Scooter Johnny ! Needs to be large enough so it goes straight down the runway . I've done my share of wing tip grinding on the Yellow A-4's .
Charlie |
RE: what kind of kits would you like to see more of
The A-4 sold by Century Jets is about 85 inch long fuse, not sure of span.

RE: what kind of kits would you like to see more of
ORIGINAL: Doug Cronkhite Knights of the Air used to make one YEARS ago. I've always liked the airplane being that I'm a huge Blue Angels nut. I had one Doug! It was a terrible kit. Not very accurate. I like the F11 because it would be a nice simple scale ship but it could also pose as a sport jet. Look at the lines. Kinda looks like a JMP Starfire but with nice intakes. There are some nice paint schemes as well including the Blue Angles. Come on kit makers, take a look at it!!!! After a couple of years to develop a kit I can guarantee you'll sell at least one to me. |
RE: what kind of kits would you like to see more of
Bob,
Give Larry Wolfe at JHH a call. I think he will have some news regarding an F11 that should bring a smile to your face... Regards, Peter |

RE: what kind of kits would you like to see more of
Dave
I saw the original D/F B-58 ( that Butch and the rest of them built ) fly. It was the most impressive flight of a model airplane that I have ever seen. The only thing that could top it would be the sound of 4 turbines. |
RE: what kind of kits would you like to see more of

RE: what kind of kits would you like to see more of

RE: what kind of kits would you like to see more of
