pipework on a gp f-14??????/
hi i thought i would ask the jets guys on this i am building a gp f-14 but dont want a big pipe hanging from the nose was thinking on runing pipe from the engine and split one to each cone any suggestions?

pipe work
That will be a bit difficult as the two areas you want to run the pipes through are where all your servos and receiver are. If anything, you can run it thru the tunnell in between the two exhausts. Even that will be a bit tough to do but significantly easier than what you're suggesting.

Run it up the middle . . . .
of the belly! :D
yes, this shouldn't be too difficult. Are you using a rear exhaust engine? I'm curious as to how you did it myself. I was saying it would be a bit tough in relation to running a stock set up. Mark |

my .00000001 cent.
I say just slap an ultrathrust muffler on the thing and launch. When it buzz by you in a blurr, seeing a muffler will be the last thing on your mind. Have one myself and this baby really cooks here is a shot |
Up the middle . . .

How did your engine and pipe location affect the landing gear? I have retracts on mine (spring air) and I envision that being a problem with your particular set up. I'm with rcdfnut, put a muffler on it and go fly! |
