Welp, there's something to be said for the OTHER side of that coin, too. Good ol' lynch mobs hung a lot of innocent people, and you can't apologize and retract a lynching!
My basic point was the guy managed to turn the tables on his accusers, it seems.
What led anybody to beleive that this guy was "ramtech"? Where did that come from?

If this guy is the same one they nailed at Madera several years ago and he is buying radio equipment again I would suggest that someone contact the LAPD and get hold of his parole officer. As I remember, one of the conditions imposed was that he not be allowed within a certain distance of any flying field. I flew at Sepulveda Basin when I lived in L.A. and I am familiar with this gentleman. I was quite shocked when I found that he was the source of the mysterious plane-killing glitches experienced across the spectrum at Sepulveda Basin throughout the nineties. Many of us had given him help and parts over the years because he obviously was not wealthy. He reciprocated by shooting our airplanes down. It was pretty obvious that he was the culprit because of the subsequent dramatic drop in hits at Sepulveda after he was caught at Madera.

I just read post #77 and, if correct, I am surprised to find he had not been convicted. The story going around at the time was that he HAD been convicted and his disappearance for a while afterwards reinforced that view. I saw him at a swap meet several months later and noted he was basically shunned by everyone there. I also heard several comments from people who said he had better not show up at the field or there would be dire consequences.

If the police lost the evidence the first time around, maybe its time someone post a nice clear picture of the "alleged" individual. Then we can all know what this "alleged" person looks like, and take our own action. Some of the people in this world arent as nice as others. Smile! (my god what happend to all your teeth?)!!

Wasn't planning to go anywhere near this thread cause I know nothing about it, but what the hey'. Its hard to imagine anyone having the need to do such a thing, very sad if this is the case... :(

I was there racing and yes planes were getting shot down!
They did find him in a van with a transmitter, crystals and a matrix.
It wasn't pretty.
