NICE!! Here's a question for ya...what kind of mechanisms move the control surfaces on these things? If they are servos in the conventional sense and not necessarily the kind we use in our models, what kind of torque are we talkin about here considering the high speeds these things fly at? Thanks.

They are electro-mechanical actuators, that have a couple of thousand inch-ounces of torque. Operationally, they are very similar to our servos....just a ton more expensive, and many times more powerful.
A "growth void" is just what the name implicates...a space that is not required right now. Later on, other features might be wanted or required by other customers, or the expansion of existing systems might require more space. Just like having an extra, empty, unused bedroom in your house.
