Problem with Airpower models
 

Hello guys,

Let me start off by saying that me and my friends often place orders for jet gear of all different sorts from Airpower, and at occasions - it has taken them a few days to get orders shipped, but this time its way over the limit.

Over the past 2 weeks my friends placed 3-4 different orders, all of them were paid for by paypal and since then NOTHING, no order, no tracking number, no emails - nothing ! they all Emailed Dirk from Airpower to ask him whats going on (several times) with no reply.

Another friend placed an order yesterday and in his email also enquired about the status of the other orders, and he got a tracking number today ! but no reply regarding other orders.

We publish this as a last resort since i know both Anton and Dirk read RCU often - Dirk, you really need to understand that if you are to be delaying orders for 1-2 weeks, you should AT LEAST explain this delay by email, not to mention at least email back to the questions asking whats going on this !

Dirk and Airpower - your comments please ?

We receive three altogehter of order from Israel separately, it is the 8th & 12, 17 to order date. Please understand that there must be the time to deal with the order in the manufacturer .

We understand it takes time, but we do not understand this (obviously on purpose) lack of email response ! thats all.

when will these orders be shipped ?

We have already finished delivering goods to prepare today, will send tomorrow, and will tell our customer , I hope this is only a misunderstanding , and stop this dispute. Please close the development of this article.

Dirk, if you get this shipped, the matter is closed as far as im concerned. next time please AT LEAST respond to our emails.

Actually though I am having the same problem now too. I placed an order for some tires from Airpower and I was supposed to get an email with shipping charges so I could pay, and.... No response...

Even though its 4 years old, seems as if its come back up again...

Hi guys

Same thing in my case for an order of LG frame replacement sets. Also no response to e-mails asking why the delay.

Its been more than three weeks and no response at all

That is really sad to hear - Is he ok ?

Thought there must of been some reason as he has always been great to deal with, and always given me a really good deal.

I just placed an order, the stuff I needed Todd does not list on his web sight. So does any one know what is going on? Dirk has always been great to deal with, a little slow at times but I have always received my stuff. George

Lucky you , I received the wrong stuff and up to now can`t get an answer email from him. Don`t think I`ll be ordering from Airpower any more. Don`t like being ignored. This is my first and last time.

try e mailing dirk@airpowe not sales@airpower, I never get a response from sales, but always get a reply when I e mail Dirk.

Hope Dirk recovers OK. Let us know when things will get back to the norm. Airpower is the best gear out there as far as I am concerned.

Hey you ,who ever you are. I sent my order in the 17 th of last month, before I read this thread. My order was made and the next day I got an email from airpower saying order was received. Then next I got an email from paypal to make payment. This did not happen by magic, someone at AIRPOWER got my order and sent me an invoice to make payment which I did. Almost 2 weeks later I sent an email asking what was the status of my order. I received a reply saying it was shipped. Finally go a packaged from them with WRONG item. Been sending emails since as to the situation, NO REPLY AT ALL. That is when I did a search to see if there was a problem with Airpower, and found this thread. My bad I should have done this BEFORE I made the order. Point is I dont like being ignored when there is a problem and someone has my money. DO YOU? There was someone there a month ago to take my money and they need to resolve this mix up, not just ignore me. The accident happened in January, last month someone was up and about and need to respond who ever it was.

I had similar problems,

Placed an order 21 february, payed via paypal the 23 february. Order succesfull completed. I have sent emails to get a tracking number or to hear something. Nothing!!
Do paypalrequests happen automaticaly when you place an order? Or is somebody of Airpower is sending the paypalrequests?

I already opened a dispute via paypal. I will sent a claim via paypal in a few days to get my money back if I don't hear from Airpower.

Hi all,

This is strange, because I placed an order ten days ago, had the confirmation within the hour, the paypal order, I received the next day, the order was shipped (confirmed) one day later, EMS tracking number was sent same day and I received the package (everything was correct in it) last Thursday, March 17th!

Yeah something don`t smell right to me. Someone is there for sure. Why they not answering me is ticking me off. They have my money and sent me a nose gear when I ordered a pair of main 85 deg retracts. I need to finish my wing and its holding me up big time.

I have a similar problem, I sent two struts to Air Power for change for another size in the early February, and I am waiting still. I have my bobcat unlegs.

I think that in Air Power there are more people working, if the owner not is in the job, another person must serv the orders, no ???
