...carbon spar??
 

hello gent's

i need to make a conection stronger

and the first idea was a carbon tube with the two phenolik for each side to run in

...but i run out of space so

i noticed in comp.arfs giants have spars to join the wings

..... since aluminium spar would be heavy... is there any sorse links to carbon spars?

i am interesting for a 60cm lenth to 5cm or 6cm to 1cm wide...

These guys have a nice selection, and you can find tube OD/ID that nest so you can build a semi-tappered spar!
