JR 2.4 Data Logger
Hi all. I wasn't sure if this was the best place to post this, but I was wondering about the Spectrum Data Logger on the JR 2.4g Rx. I have used the data port with a second battery (from a Duralite Gemini). Can the logger still be used from another channel, or does it need to be in the data port? All the other channels are full, so I would have to connect it via a Y lead. Cheers, Greg |
RE: JR 2.4 Data Logger
I believe it needs to be in the data port...

RE: JR 2.4 Data Logger
It needs to be plugged into the data port. You can still use your second battery plugged into that port, just use a Y-harness. Plug the Y-harness into the data port and then plug the data logger into one side of the Y and your battery into the other side!

Thanks Sean. So simple, I'll give it a go.

Greg,
I am doing what Sean said to do and it works fine. When you bind the transmitter to the receiver though I would bind it using the battery that goes to the battery port on the reciever rather than the one to the "Y" on the data flight recorder. Don |
