9303 2.4-wiring problem

1 Attachment(s)
This may be old news, but I found out about the problem on another group.
The I.C. on the 2.4 P.C. board rubs on the wires from the aileron potentiometer.
I used heat shrink tubing to protect the wires.

Limeybob,
How did you get a piece of heatshrink around the wiring without un-soldering one end?

Same here. I wondered that myself.

I split the heatshrink, then secured one end with a piece of thread (Half-hitch) to keep it in place.

How about the DSX-9 Sold in Australia?

Check with Model Engines-or who ever the importer is now!, but I think you are fine too, JR discovered the problem with the 9303 and fixed it before the DSX-9 was manufactured
