I want to buy a FANTOM .18 engine for my 2.5 T-Maxx, but does it have more power then the 2.5 engine? What are the RMP ratings, and HP ratings on this engine? Do any of you know of a website where I can buy the engine, and read more about it? Do any of you guys or gals have this engine? If yes how do you like it?

I emailed Fantom asking them what is there HP, and RPM rating on there new .18 engine, and where I could buy it and this is what they told me:
Thank you for your interest in Fantom engines.
Regarding your questions:
1) Horsepower = 1.95
2) RPM = 41,250
3) Purchase from your local dealer, www.stormerhobbies.com or www.sheldonshobbies.com
4) Part number = F01024
Thanks again,
Jeff

I also asked them how much it would be for a new piston and sleeve and they said about $35. I also asked them If there engine was stronger then the Sirio .18 engine and they said that from there testing it was. I'm definitely going to buy this engine, it's cheaper then the Sirio .18 and all the replacement parts are a Lot Cheaper!
