Hi Guys,
I am not a newbie in RC as I currently fly giant scale airplanes and have had an Inferno just before buying a brand new TMAXX. I don,t have much experience with the TMAXX as yet and I would like to know if you guys have found a preffered plug for the 2.5 engine. I also wanted to do some hop-ups to my 2.5 engine and emailed a guy who was posting some info on this from another site. Did any of you guys build your own willie bars as well? The guys here I heard are using glassfilled nylon airplane mounts to make theirs. My engine also came with the stock cone shaped head, and I have the F350 body. The top of the head sits about 1/4' above the bed. Any tips on how to improve cooling on this engine?
Many thanks for your replies,
Striker.

Cut some flaps on top of the cab and leave the flap up to direct air towards the head. Cut a hole in the windsheild and back window. Get a cooler head like crazynut cool head which let you tune that engine to scream and not heat up. Also a tuned pipe will work wonders.

The Big Bore Pipe and cooling head I have made a HUGE difference in performance in my T-Maxx. Very hard to keep the front end down and hed temp is about 220 degrees.
Good Luck!
