Mine has wheelied, but not quite on demand yet.
I've only had around 10 tanks through it though. I've heard it can take up to a gallon before the S-25 develops it's full potential.
If you're having problems popping wheelies, and you've had around a gallon through the engine, then make sure you're using the 15T clutch bell and the engine is leaned out adequately (check the temps though!).
I've also heard that tightening the slipper thingy (on the spur gear) can help it to wheelie (makes it bite harder), but that can do damage to your drivetrain to experiment at your own risk
