LOL, Dude we'd love to help ya but your crappy pic is as bad as you crappy discription of the problem.
Take it completely apart, if the teeth on the gears aren't broken it maybe one of the sheer pins, pull it all apart clean everything and you'll find the issue. It's not Rocket Surgery
What truck or buggy is it out of anyways?

Is it really that hard to describe how messed up something is, or how broken it is without using language that really isn't appropriate for a public forum? I don't mean to be rude, but people of all ages use this forum, and I am sure some think it's cleaver to put asterisks in place of letters, but it does not really change it. Ok I am done with that.
As for your diff. Check to make sure none of the screws that hold the cup to the ring gear are broken. I have sheered off 3 out of 4 of those things. Also check the spyder gears inside the cup. The pin that holds them in could have broken. Make sure none of the teeth are missing. And this time when you put it back together shimming the diff will help to prevent things from breaking in the future. Hope this helps.
Wow I guess you can write in these forums without having to cuss

BTW, you may want to loosen up your slipper so you don't break it up again, good luck

You have to at least try to solve the problem before you ask for help!
Try your local hobby store. They will be able to help you much better than we can over the internet.
And.. no cussing please!

Yeah, spools are for going in straight lines (drag racing anybody?). You definitely don't want that on an off road vehicle. Chances are better than average that you will spin out going into corners. Stick with what you have and limit the diff action by using the right diff oil.
