Default Diff Spool instructions

I put the diff spool in my rear diff, on my savage ss. I didn't have any instructions but I figuired I could manage. I took the spider gear out and the gears that the spider gear spins on. I then put the spool in and lined the pins up in the ends of the spool. I then put it all back togethor. My tires are locked and spin togethor so I thought it worked. The thing is now I only have FWD. When you hold the tires from spinning they get no power. It is almost like it gets minimal power to the back and when a force is applied against the rear diff, it wont spin.

Is there an instructions right up or anything??
