I never ran the stock shocks, I bought the truck with those shocks on it. I would assume they are better than stock. but at fifty bucks for the four, I am not sure if they are worth it from a performance stand point. They do make the truck look a lot better. and it does raise the stance a bit, which is a blessing and a curse. lets just say that tall is not so good at high speed manuvers.

Hey mecky i want that body. Do you have a link? i like the bed length, it adds realism. There really is something about mt2's and ford f 50 bodies. I have an evader and i want a cen mt2. I found it on ehobbies for 260 but it doesn't say if it is 2wd or 4wd. It does say 2spd though.

Evader, the body is just a standard proline for a T-maxx. You will have to custom match the holes to the body mounts though, as the T-maxx uses different mounting locations. The MT2 is four wheel drive, it uses a two speed trans and a center dog bone to drive the front and rear wheels. If you have more questions about the MT2 let me know.

This is a link to ehobbies for that body. http://www.ehobbies.com/1006-0542.html

Mecky33, Does CEN make an assembly manual available for the mt2? If you are a driver and not a builder, this kind of leaves you in the dark when it comes to doing repairs. I have hit something while sliding in a left turn and it has partially pulled the lower left rear ball joint out of the control arm. This then let the axle shaft fall out of the chassis. If I fix or replace the control arm at what depth should the ball be set in the backing plate to give the correct running clearance, or end play, to the ends of axle shaft?

This thread is over 1 year old and Pkvillager hasn't made a post on this board for almost 2 years.
I believe it is a converted T-Maxx cage.
