Find a dremel with the cut off wheel, and cut a slot in the screw so that you can get a flat head driver on it......and cut it with the thin disk if it is a small screw.

problem is one of the screws head is ripped off so there is no place to use a dremel tool and cut a slice in it to use a flathead screwdriver. is there any tool to use for sumthing like this besides a dremel tool?

well the screw that is messed up is in one of the steering bars that go from the skidplate to the chassis (on the t-maxx) and the screw goes into one of them supposively you can buy them at the rc-shop so i will go and pick one up tomarrow and just cut between the steering bar thing and the skidplate then the two parts of the screw will come apart and i will be able to put the new bars back on and install the skid with only spending 4 bucks. so i appreciate your help but i got it figured out now thanks anyways
