Nitro Quake or Thunder quake??
Hi, i'm stumped.. I can't decide. I like both trucks, they are both built on the same chassis, the thunder quake has 2 spd and reverse, but i don't like the wheels and i think it looks bad. However the nitro quake i think looks bad ass (still kinda dorky) but has bigger tires, but less ground clearance. Both have the same engine. Help.

Thunder Quake is the kit to get, its the most modern duratrax 8scale truck kit. The Dirt Demon by HB is also a good kit to look at. both are excellent pan chassis truck kits and offer a very good bang for the buck. we have more info on our club site about both.

RE: Nitro Quake or Thunder quake??
Last monday I saw 3 (thunder Quake) on the track and they weren't doing too bad. They were x-mas presents to a couple of guys. The 3rd one had some hop-ups and a different motor. They weren't racing, just out for a bash session. Thay had smiles on their faces I would say go for it.
