Hey Folks, I've been involved in MT racing since way early on and I'm trying to find a solution to the persistent problem of how to break them out by classes. It's all well and good to say we need a small block and big block transmission class along with an unlimited class, but when you get out where the rubber meets the dirt, it's usually tough to get enough trucks to be able to break them out in 3 separate classes unless it's at least a regional race. The way things are shaping up for this season, truggies will be by far the most common MT's showing up to race so the unlimited class should be no problem, but what about the casual guy that wants to get a taste with their maxx or savage, or folks like myself that enjoy both unlimited and production?
Just wondering what the rest of the country is seeing at their local tracks or any ideas on how to handle a light turnout of mixed trucks.
