I have one, and i love it. I run it on the track every week. The handling is great, although it seemed to nose dive bad on jumps. I have already tuned the suspension, and it jumps like it has wings now. It has good power too, and the motor runs and tunes easily.

its slower than the old savage .21 was :-/ as for the bulb primer, Thats something old, jus never put on a RTR. Nothing like priming it the good ol fashioned way anyways, with your mouth.

I got my savage used, so i never ran the .21 bb. I can tell you the MGT is just as fast as my .21 RG powered savage. Hows the radio gear? Seemed like a nice radio for a RTR. Mine just sits in my spare parts box. I use my JR XS3 on all my trucks.

I'll ask around at the track wednesday. Theres a good mix of MT's there, and 8th scale buggies. If i find anyone online i'll point em your direction as well.

My good buddy has one and the radio well that darned 3rd channel switch is in the dumbest place possible, you tend to bump it a lot. As far as the truck goes he never used the stock engine but i can sure tell you with a wasp 26 that thing flies. It's a little one the heavy side but for its size its gunna be. The stock steering servo gets the job done nicely. Ummm, it's handling is pretty good but I find it tends to push a lot but a lot of vehicles do that. I think its a nice truck but with a terra crusher larger and under 100 dollars more, i think the terra would make a better basher, but if your planning on racing something this size(size being monstrous lol) the mgt takes it.
