hi all, just a question for all of you.... when i go to rcpics.com and want to have a look at some pics, all i get is this annoying notice in every place there is supposed to be a pic of any sort. can anyone tell me why this happens? its annoying cos i wanna see some pics but all i get is the notice. any help would be appreciated.

The pictures you have copied to RCPics.net are not allowed to be hotlinked. When you do what you did, the original place the picture came from has its bandwidth go through the roof. You will need to down load a photo to your hard drive, then upload it to RCpics again. After this is done, you cannot link any of those pics to forum threads, websites, ect...

i get this notice when i am at the actual site. i cant view any pics at all on the rcpics site. i am not trying to link to that site, just view pics while i am at that site. it has me totally stumped why i cant see any pics

They don't allow any linking. There are thousands of people who had linked pics and they have removed the link but not the post. That is annoying, they should remove the entire post.

pixie, if you have a personal firewall of some sort (either software or hardware, like zonealarm or norton "internet security" etc), that may be what is causing the problem...you can try disabling it temporarily or adding rcpics to the exception list...or just send jeff an email at that address and he will get you straightened out

I Norton anti virus corporate edition how do I add a site to the exeption list?I dont see where I can add it any where.
