Default X-factor!

I bought an x factor since summer and i had many problems with my center gearbox!!Thre are two pins which hold the front case of the gearbox with two screws in the gear box and two out of the gear box!!My local hobby said that there was an upgrade kit of the gearbox and i bought it and it was not than just onother two screws outside the gearbox to hold the pins better!!Yesterday i was running after i have put the upgrade kit on the gearbox and suddendly the car stop running again!!I took out the gearbox and those two pins got very hot and melted the case and the gears did not mesh!!!Again the same problem!!And this is not a problem that occured only to me but to all the people who bought the x factor!!Do you guys have the same problem?I will be very glad to hear if anyone fixed the problem and has a solution or if anyone knows any othe upgrade kit xtm will come out with!!I want to fix this problem cause i like my car!!!I beck you to help me out!!!

Thanks!!Have a nice day!!!
