Monster GT Shock oil

I was just wondering what weight oil to run in the shocks?? just an allround oil not just for jumping or street bashing

I am using 50 weight shock oil with the red springs from Associated. much better as it is very hard to bottom the shocks now.

[use the 50 wight oil it will run better.
