Electric Monster Truck HELP!
HI, I have got a old monster truck that I am rebuilding. The problem is I have never built a monster truck before. It is electric, I want it to be able to go fast and climb hills good, and to also be easy on batteries. I have one servo in it for the steering, and that is it!. The servo was in the truck when I got it. I have no Idea what type it is though. So what all would I need to get it running under these specifications? Oh ya And I have a 75MHz 2 channel Surface use Futaba radio transmitter, but no re sever. It has a "TYPE 72-3 AM" Cristal and on the other side it says "TYPE 72-3 75.750" The truck is not made to have brakes. Thanks.

RE: Electric Monster Truck HELP!
well if it was me I would put it up as a shelf piece
and buy a current MT, surf the forums, tons of choices out there.
As for old electric models, I don't dabble with them, I have an old Bruiser mint condition sitting on my shelf built and painted, never run, no electrics.
Makes a nice piece of art on the wall

RE: Electric Monster Truck HELP!
Well thats the thing, I do not know what type it is. It is 17" long, 11" tall, the wheels are 5 1/2" in diameter, its ground clearance is 2 1/4", 12 1/2" wide at the rear, and 12 1/2" wide at the front. It has a blue and yellow body with a number 5 painted on it, and it says Chevrolet at the back. The body is a custom paint job. Does this help any?
