Venom Mini Giant MT
Been seein' ads for this in RCCA, and now that my 4y.o. kid is going NUTS for monster trucks (he's always liked the Maxx, but he needs an indoor truck to chase him 'round the house)., I'm thinkin of getting a playmate for my Mini-T:

Looks pretty capable for a lil' dude! IMO, it wipes the floor with the 2WD MiniZ Monster, but is nowhere near the new Tamiya mini monster, which is also enticing, but a bit TOO 'real' & expensive.
Can anyone chime in with pros/cons on either of these options??

RE: Venom Mini Giant MT
all it needs is a brushless motor and some LiPo's !
anyway if he's just gunna be an inside man i would get the mini-z,
i saw a review on here somewhere, seems like the perfect size for inside.
but if you get a mini-t or mini giant then he can run inside as well as the occasional outside race with you!.
its realy up to you and if you have your heart set on the mini giant,
then go for it
tell us how it goes

RE: Venom Mini Giant MT
I have TWO VMG's and they are great. One for my 7 yr old & one for me!
A clever design and when you gear down it will crawl over almost anything.
Does nice wheelies(get the wheelie bar), and oil shocks will be out soon.
Theres a upgrade motor and a spring set too.
GET THE BEARING SET! Its a must.
The miniz wont touch the VMG.
The VMG has steel axles, steel drivelines, and great articulation.
And a nice NiMH 8.4 volt hex battery pack with long run times(30-45 min).
I'm painting a Trinity body for it at this very moment.
I like it(them lol), so there ya go.
