Welcome to the hobby

Whether the truck flips easily depends alot on your driving and the set-up of the truck itself. There are ways to set-up the truck so it fits your driving style better so you can avoid flips. So far as do MT's handle on road driving they will handle any terrain

LOL dude their called monster trucks ofcours they can go offroad and u can make ur trucks on a high ground clearance its good for jumps but it flips over quickly and u can make them low for playing on dirt or streets, and fourwheeler its cool to make ur truck flip over [8D] i just bought a roll cage for it , it hardly fits but i did some massive welding and i went to the street and all i did was flip over, i came on full speed and i steer it on full with a full brake that will make ur mgt flip over 5 times on a row and all i do is paint the roll cage again and its good as new.
