MGT - Did I install a pull start wrong?
Okay, my pull start "sting" broke and I replaced it w/ a whole new starter from the LHS (local hobby shop).
With the glow plug out it works fine of course, but when the plug is in, sometimes when I pull the string it seems to lock up. Did I install the starter wrong? I never had this trouble with the old starter. Any ideas?

no this is call hydro lock and u should take out the glow plug and pull the cord, fuel should squirt out. if u dont do this and continue to pull u will break ur pull start again.

Okay, this never happened with my other starter though. Plus, you never know it's locked until you start to pull hard. Do all nitro motors do this?
