Default E-Maxx questions

I am going to purchase an EMaxx tomorrow. This will be new / not used.

1> Does it come with foam inserts for the tires?
2> Does the diff and suspension fit onto TMaxx and EMaxx onto TMaxx?

I have RPM A-Arms for my TMaxx that I want to put onto the EMaxx - I also have a spool diff for the TMaxx that I want to put on the EMaxx along with aluminum bulk heads and many other aluminum parts.

Thanks!

1: No foams on the Emaxx
2: According to Traxxas, the emaxx has the same diffs as tmaxx. Suspension on the Emaxx is now the widemaxx system.

The emaxx(widemaxx) and tmaxx(2.5) share the same entire front and rear ends (bulkheads, suspension parts etc), and chassis braces, but the diffs are mounted opposite for some reasons i could not recall. I got my emaxx last december and it came with foam inserts. Btw where did you guys find out that inserts are no longer supplied? i must have been living in a cave .

Damn! How could they have left out those inserts?! Did you complain to traxxas? The 2 new sets of extra tires that i bought on ebay few months back all came with inserts.

I have had 2 TMaxx's now going to order my EMaxx today. I got rid of one TMaxx already. Once I transfer all my Hop-ups over to the EMaxx I will sell my TMaxx that I have now. Both of my TMaxx's came with foam inserts.

Thanks for the input.

Just got off the phone with Traxxas and they say the only one that does not come with foams is the SportMaxx. They say the EMaxx and TMaxx come with foams.

I placed my order with Tower. When it arrives I will put all my hop-ups from my TMaxx onto the EMaxx and then EBay the TMaxx.

The EMaxx has not arrived yet (sometimes things can get stuck in customs) - but when it does "YES" it will have the Savage purple springs.

Good stuff!!
