Default Problem with my pull start

Hey guys,
I have a question for ya,

I bought the MGT from Team Associated. Just after breaking my engine, I started having problem with my starter. It spin in nothing. I disassembled my pull start and the one way bearing in my motor.
I cleaned everything and putt it back in place. It worked for few times but my problem came back.
I have troubleshooted my 2 one way bearing. They really seem to work fine. (I tryed holding the bearing with a tool and try turning the shaft. I hold it real tight and it was really working A1)
Then I've put back in place only the one-way bearing inside my motor and tryed it in place. It doesn't grab...
I'm probably sure that I would have to replace it. But it cost around 20$ just for a piece of crap that didn't work more that a day.
So my question is: Do you know any other source for my problem?

Thanks a lot guys

I would get rid of it and put on a shaft start. pull starts will break and die over time, this will cut the frustration and cost over time.

you may have a oil leak, the oil leaks out of the back plate onto the bearing, its common on engines, just get rid of the pull start and get like a roto start or shaft start etc..., if you dont want to mess with it

Thanks for tips guys... but can you be more specific?

Does any one of you have a MGT? Is a shaft starter available for MGT?

For the drilled hole... any instructions?

Thanks guys

sorry, I don't. I just have it on my Genesis. the tiger drive I belive is set to start from the top, not the side like the roto so if you go that way you may not need to make the hole.
