Default Fuel Comming From Engine

On a recent run of my mad force (GX21 engine) and after replacing the pullstarter i noticed it was runnign very very very rich and however i leaned it out it didnt want to run properlly. anyway i noticed that there was raw fuel dripping from the pullstarter!!, how can i fix this please? also the car was hard to start when warm, it started, ran for about 2 seconds then stopped and was a pain to start after this, i dont think there was enough back pressure, again would this be related to my earler problem? I have also noticed a lack of compression from the engine.

Has anybody got a definitive gude to tuning cos im just turning screws to see when it runs the best at the mo, i dont think im doin it right!!

there might be a leak coming from behind the start. take it off and clean it and look for any damage
