There used to be one, but it was hardly used. There's just not enough people here with MGT's (or just not enough interest) for it to be it's own forum.

There is no dedicated MGT forum because the truck is so tough and reliable that everyone who owns one is always driving it, and never needs to post about how to fix this and that. Oh, and in case you were wondering, yes, i do own one.

I have a .26 Tmaxx, an MGT, and an LST, and the LST is still my favorite.

The MGT/MTA4 is a decent truck, but it's not really anything special. It's a good choice if you can get it at a low price. I got mine for $320 NIB.

I love my MGT too, but it really needs a motor upgrade to wake it up... Picco .26 does the trick.
I also agree 100% on the LST...plug in a fail safe, and away you go...no upgrades necessary.

I am not a fan of the MGT. (yes I own one) I dont think its that durable, however its easy to work on. My MGT rarely see's dirt b/c it will just end up breaking.

Why do people always compare a MGT to a tmax. Nothing interchanges, only the same stuff that fits any other monster truck. Totally different trucks. Did ya notice MGT was capitalized and tmax was small letters.

That's really odd. Mine is very durable. Then again, I'm not taking it off of 20' jumps... LOL (We've all seen your vids.)
What do you drive then that stands up to your abuse? And, don't tell me Genesis or Menace because those are both pieces of garbage. Savage? LST?

Because it's obvious that they got their design inspiration from the Tmaxx. Same with the TNX. They may all be different trucks, but they share the same basic design. The same thing goes for the Spyder and Warhead comparisons to the Savage.

let me guess, you went into a lhs and bought a tmaxx becasue it was on the shelf or u saw it in a mag.
funny, i remeber tamiya had 4wheel independant suspension long before traxxas was even a name.

and as far as a copy, nothing, i mean nothing is built today that doesnt have an idea off of somthing else.
woo woo, look. your tmaxx as 4 wheels, its coping " insert name of favorite truck"

this is just a hobby guys/gals, whats it matter as long as it works.
