RE: TNX PRO discontinued ?
Don't listen to Mayhem Maniac, he posted this: "more aerodynamic body(for the serious racer)". That in itself is a joke, I race my Revo with a stock Traxxas Revo Body and it's worse aerodynamics don't keep me from winning or doing well weekly. This is against more "aerodynamic" Pro-Line Crowd Pleazer bodies on Revos. Body's are mainly for looks in the MT class. The guy owns a Savage and a Mayhem...far from a true racer.
The MGT is a decent truck and as mentioned HAS support both from the manufacturer, as well as aftermarket, and local hobby shops. Tamiya shot themselves in the foot with bad support all the way around.

RE: TNX PRO discontinued ?
the MGT is a very nice truck , I have one . I like it alot better then the savage . Mines the 21 so it only goes 32 mph , but it gets up there fast.
they are the best bang for the buck I think and easy to tune and work on .

RE: TNX PRO discontinued ?
Bria, I have nothing against the MGT, simply that it is not a racer like the TNX pro is. The TNX pro is more expensive, because of all the upgrades that are on the TNX. it has the Pro-line shocks, the better racing tires, and it's been designed lighter than the MGT. I also think that AE has the MGT targeted more towards the Basher, than the racer, but this is just my opinion.

He's never owned either or probably driven either.
