I bought an E-Zilla for christmas and have been trying not to let it turn into a money pit. In the event that I do succumb to upgrade fever, however, I want to be prepared. For those of you unfamiliar with the E-Zilla, it is a 1/10th scale monster truck with dual 550 motors and dual 7.2 volt packs.
Can one brushless combined with li-po packs replace the two 7.2 volt packs? Two two-cell lipo packs? Three cells? Can one brushless or brushless/brushed ESC handle dual brushless motors? Knowing none of my chargers will charge li-po and I'll need a new charger, the thought of having to run two complete brushless systems sounds kind of pricey. Obviously the advantages are weight savings and less maintenence. Any suggestions?
