My Revo started rolling more often and the great guy at the LHS said he put the blue springs on the rear and the green ones on the front. He said it would cut down on body roll. I did that tonight and I can’t wait to see what it does. My question is... what are the advantages and disadvantages of a stiffer suspension and what are the advantages and disadvantages of a soft suspension?
thanks for the help

Stiffer setting will cause bounce in certain situations and possible rollovers. The softer setting will allow body roll but too can still cause rollovers. The softer setting will allow the suspension to soak up alot more of the bumps and make it a little more forgiving offroad if no jumping is required. A stiffer setup will do good offroad but will work better on the jumps. I used gold rear and orange in front, slightly stiffer than stock and worked well on the track and just bashing around. Only go soft on smooth to semi smooth situations, and stiff when your really wanting to go out and bash and jump, your skids will thank you.
