If you're a purist, the Mad Force is closest to the real monster experience as possible. On those you have a ladder frame, 3 speed, big block, solid axles, high mount body, and chevron tread tires. Plenty of torque to spare. To me, thats what a monster should be. I'm not sure about those truggies...they are low to take the corners, but couldn't climb as well. Kyosho's new 777 ST looks cool though. Don't let the center diff feature steer you away from getting an MT. If you don't intend to race, why need a center diff, or a truggy, for that matter?

No you guys are right, what I want is a truggy. I drove a friends Mayhem yesterday, I was blown away. It's exactly what I want, single speed, plush suspension center diff ect... I basically wanted buggy performance with more better suspension. Buggies can climb like a ****!
