I've looked everywhere and Tower is the only place with it, no pics, no info, nothing... even at Duratrax, still nothing ....hmm
It's freakin' spendy for a DTX [X(]... maybe it comes with a free parts truck

EVO? Sounds like REVO, LOL....After the mental trashing I took for 6 months with the original Warhead, I'd NEVER buy Duratrax again. I am thankful they gave me my $400 back so I could put it towards my 3.3 Revo and the Futaba 3PM radio they replaced the POS that came with the Warhead is still working good with my MT2.

This thing better be like a lst 2 synthesized radio, electric starter, different motor etc. After the first fiasco who do they think is even going to look at this truck for 577.00 or whatever the price is I know I am close. To many other good proven trucks already out there at that price and for plenty less.

for $577 bucks it must be one hell of a truck. i mean the first one is only like what.... 430 bucks? i agree with ducked, this thing must come with a parts truck or a synthesized radio and every hop up you need, along with some one who comes out to your house from dtx to break it in for you.

I've got 30 cents says its the same old POS with the new upgraded parts and the Futaba 3PM radio all of which you guys that have held onto your Warheads this long, should have gotten for FREE by now........I'd hate to see what kind of toughness their truggy would have! LOL

I talked to duratrax, and it comes with not 1 but 2 parts trucks and a person to do all your repairs. It also comes with lifetime free parts after you use all the parts on your 2 part trucks!!!!

You don't suppose it could be a warhead with integy parts installed do you? Only reason I say that is the name Integy gives their skeleton chassis's (EVO). That would be a very bad combination if at all true.......

I doubt very much that Integy would want their name associated in any way with any version of the Warhead.

I hope they get it right this time. It would be nice to have another quality MT on the market.

I see that Duratrax kept the same body that they had on the original Warhead, but like duckedup said, it does look like a truggy in a way. However, those tires really make it look like a lowered MT. I don't know, its a lot of money, and I don't have that kind of money to spend on a truck that had bad feedback when it made its debut. Just my 2 cents.

For $600 it better come with a 13 inch color television which can be controlled with the 3rd channel and a free year of digital cable, since you will be watching TV waiting for the parts from the stress tech warranty to return.

You're EXACTLY right T-Bird! It's a pic of a POS Warhead in Race Mode!! I'd recognize those springs/shocks anywhere. LOL. I'm telling you I bet it's the "Old" Warhead "Evolved" into the new "EVO" one with the upgraded PLASTIC (not aluminum) parts and the Futaba 3PM radio(that would be the difference). All the guys that held on waiting for the "care packages" will be screwed.

I suspect it will have aluminum parts; prolly the ones now being sold by Tower that msinno just installed. Or maybe not. But the price would be about right, and I can't see anything else that would jump the cost up so much.

yikes for about the same price you can get a tried and true LST2! If i had to spend $570 on a new MT it wouldnt be a Duratrax
