I just got the 2.5 t-maxx and I cant get the air filter off. I pulled it to the side like it says but it wont budge. How do I get it off? do I have to cut the zip tie?

yes cut the zip tie and twist as you pull it should slide right off.

man, you didnt see there was a zip tie?

To remove the air filter you simply pull it sideways....not straight away from the carb. The air filter is connected via the long tube underneath it. When you remove it.....the long tube remains connected to the carb via the zip tie. I leave the long tube attached while removing only the air filter.
