You forgot about the prop'o'pede. Remember that? We tried figuring out how to come up with a proper brake for it. And you told us it was really tip happy. Too bad you don't have it.
Oh yeah, I remember that. In fact, I still have the wood PPC unit. Then we finally figured out a brake, which was mounting a servo with an aluminum arm above the spur gear, and glueing a rubber band around a stripped spur gear and using that as the brake disc. The brake servo was on a Y harness with the throttle servo, so it was proportional. Before, the brake was on the third channel, so it was all or nothing.
