Default Elevation

I have a question for anyone that can help me. I live in Colorado and I was wondering what the richness to elevation ratio is. If it is high elevation does it have to be on the rich side or on the lean side? The air up here is kind of dry. Anyone please help. Thank you

i believe the higher the altitude the thinner the air,so to keep the air to fuel ratio correct you would need to go on the lean side.
