Ok, i know there is tons of option for the MGT. But I am looking for a set of tires that fit the stock rims that has about the same diameter as the stock tire that grows alot on the top end like how the road rage grows for example. Any suggestion, also as close to all terrain as possible?

Im pretty sure the Losi Claw tyres will fit the stock rims....
Apparently they're a fantastic all-round bashing tyre for all surfaces, and last ages too. You should be able to find them quite cheap as they're the stock tyre for the LST1. Ebay is probably your best bet. If i was after a great all-round tyre i'd definately drop the cash on a set of these!

Yeah, the reason I ask about the growing man is a friend of mind has road rage tires and they GROW. Almost like the 3rd gear. So this is why i was asking about the growing of the tires.

Yeah i know what you're talking about. It's the ballooning effect at high speed caused by centrifugal force. It effectively re-gears the vehicle, giving you a higher top speed.
Many people try to aviod this effect but it seems like a good thing, at least on-road. Only thing to worry about is tyre wear - if the contact patch is reduced you're going to get more wear along the centre part of the tyre.
