i doubt that u can get a pistol grip that is left-handed, but if it is really a problem, u can get a remote that uses joysticks

HELP-WHat Radios are made for LEFTIES?????
shaq32,
My friend has a Hitec Lynx. This model can be configured for lefties. LINK The steering wheel portion can be mounted on either side.
Advantages of FM over AM: More channels on 75 MHz. Less glitching.

HELP-WHat Radios are made for LEFTIES?????
ya know what would be very cool .. (after looking at that LCD display on that link above) would be to have a remote that would monitor your engine temps, battery life, etc. etc as a readout on the LCD display ..
how cool would that be????
or do they allready make such a beast ..

Although I'm not left-handed, I do use my right hand to operate the throttle and my left for the steering. It seems much more comfortable to me. It's a throw-back from the old slot car days when the speed control was operated with my right hand. There are quite a few pistol radios that are switchable for either hand. Usually all the "higher-priced" radios offer this feature. One of the reasons I decided to go with Airtronics is because they were one of the first to offer "switchable" radios in their lower priced radios (XL2P). I don't know if they are made anymore ( mine are ten years old), they only cost about $75.00 (with receiver and two servos). They also have many features such as brake trim, throttle trim, steering trim, steering amount, endpoint adjustment, servo reversing, control wheel adjustment and a battery meter.
