exhaust silencer
i was wondering if there was a silencer for my truck so that i could put it on and run it later at night with out waking the whole naborhood because right now i can barly stand behind the thing with out going def even though i like it that way

you can get it quieter with different tune pipes and you can tune it so it dont sputter( which it shouldn't anyway) but to completely slience it is not possible, so plain and simple there is no probuct that exists to silence the truck that i am aware of other than getting electric.

Well if someone knew what they were doing then yes you could make one and put it on the exhaust. Though with these two stroke nitro engines there would be alot of build up in there from it being restricted so in the end it would be more of a head ache. IDK though, just saying its possible but not a very good thing to have.

Well take a look at some basic silencers on dirt bikes, 4 wheelers and what not. I'm not even sure how I would start to begin to make something like this. This summer I may look into after I have about 4 gallons through engine and get new motor and tuned pipe. That way I can test with the old motor and pipe on a motor stand.
