I was wondering what engine to buy for my Tmaxx
I bought it without an engine so , I am thinking about the
ofna force 25 or the stock 2.5 but I am new into the hobby and any insight would be app.

If the truck has the 21 convertion on it I would say to go with the Ofna .25 or the monster power of the 24/7 XTM. If you don't have the conversion the Megatech .18 is also an awesome motor

Sirio is $250+ too rich for my blood.
But I bought a nice Megatech 16 for less than $100.Decent motor for the price.
Hot Bodies makes an 18 for around $100 too.

OS .15 CVRX is an excelent motor for the T-MAXX and it will keep up with the new 2.5 and can be found at tower hobbies for about 130$ which is a pretty good buy considering they go for 179$ any place else also might want to put a MIP stinger pipe on it really brings the motor to life

Yea who want to keep up. You gotta drive em like you stole it. The XTM is probably the best motor for the buck then. You can get the 24/7 for about 120.00 and it is a mad man

If no .21 conversion, sirio .18. Otherwise, refer to savage threads.
