Hey ive had my T-maxx for a good month now and ive run through many tanks of gas. Today after school i was out screwing round with it and on the first take.. it sorta bogged down after about 5 minutes into the Tank.. like when i go to give it gas. its like its stuffed up or something.. i have two other cars and buncha planes so i know when an engine is tuned in right.. is there any other reasons for this to happen? and my friend has a t-maxx and his shocks spring his truck right back up when it gets pushed down.. mine stays low.. is there a reason for this? or should i just put more shock oil in? thanks ~jason

hey.. im sorry, i have two problems
1st.. my engine is bogging down when i give it gas. like il punch it.. and it will go really slow as if the muffler is plugged up or something. i have it tuned in right too but im not sure whats wrong.
2nd. my suspension. it seems as if theres not shock oil in my shocks.. when i push on the truck. it goes down (makes sense right?) but it doesnt spring back up! is there a reason for this?or is it supposed to be liek this? thanks sorry for the confusion.

Its not the shock oil low its just a little too stiff. You dont really need the worry about it will spring back when u drive easily. For the engine the hsn or the mixture is too rich or lean. If it sounds kind of chunky its too rich and if it just stalls and wont start its too lean.

Ok for the engine:
It sounds like you need a new glow plug, or need to retune it, your high speed is set to lean if it boggs out, or your fuel line has a hole in it, its either a bad plug or, and air leak or the mixture is to lean. Simple as that.
As for the suspention, there is supposed to be some play in it, but sometimes you need to rebuild the shocks after alot of jumping, you can also put some more spacers on the springs, thus makeing it spring better. Just make sure everything is working right and looks good.
