Default warhead problem?

was using my warhead about a week ago, just finished breaking it in, so today I go to start it up with the rotostart and it wouldnt start so i checked everything and come to find out my quickstart backplate came loose, not sure how but there was greese or oil leaking from the back of the kwickstart plate, is that normal or did something else let go.

no thats just the oil residue from the fuel, you said grease like gray in color type grease? if it is thats the fuel oil mixed in with metal from the engine (ie. piston or bearings or rubbing of the back plate with the connecting rod) that would not be a good sign.

Just check the screws on the back of the motor and use a little loctite on the screws. I think the shaft rubs on the back of the quick start mixing with the oil. I wouldn't worry about it. I took my quickstart off and checked everthing on mine when it had the same thing happen and everthing was fine.
