Why in the hell does my savage kick out of gear? I just bought a new clutch. Is it possible to be in the tranny i have no clue but it pisses me off. thanks, drew

it is possible that your slipper clutch is too loose. try tigtening it and see if that helps

i bought a new kanaii clutch is that a slipper clutch also?

Do you have a reverse module? If so, the servo may need adjusting.Look and see if it is moving the shifting arm far enough in both directions.If the rubber on the linkage is really smashed when it is in forward or reverse it probaly needs adjusted......

had same problem but went away was told its comon the clutch in trans gets oil on it and will slip . make sure when it races that the whole spur assy is also turning

Check the simple things first. Like the others said make sure slipper clutch is good and tight, Make sure ALL of your wheel nuts are tight.If those come loose you might get a reaction like your explaining.If they have been loose or taken off before,Tighten them and Make sure the little pin behind hex head has not fell out. Oh by the way,Is your truck actually kicking out of gear?or is it slipping? When it acts up, does it move at all?
