What size hexes does it use.
If it uses 17 than the cheapest thing I use is at amain they sell 1/2 offset ofna wheels for 20 bucks in a pack of 2 and buy some bow ties or crime fighters.

as far as a premounted set is there any, that could fit on the warhead from another nitro truck or truggy that are racing?

once again what size are your hexes. If they are 17 then you could go on ebay and pick up 4 pre mounted tires off a losi eight

I would like to find a truggy that uses 14mm hex wheels and take them off it, anyone know of a truggy or truck that uses 14mm hexes

I'm pretty sure these 17mm hubs will fit the Warhead:

They're made for the new Duratrax RTX, which looks exactly like a Warhead with some upgraded parts.
