Default I read the review in R/C Car,

And they said it was great for rock climing but, that's it! If you tried to jump it they said you had better plan on buying new parts! If rock climing is what you were looking for it's the king of the hill in nitro!

I think the X-factor is bad a** , has real suspension articulation, looks almost to scale. But the lower shock mounts are soft plasticand need have an eye kept on them or the degrade quick. that the other thing that truck has mad torque, will go over anything but top speed suffers. awesome truck overall . lets us know how the break in goes, the 24-7 is a nice motor should be an easy break in .

I'm with those guys on the look at it bit....Seems like whenever I buy a new nitro, I like to look at it for a day or two while it is still all nice and clean and has that new smell to it...

Default Be careful,

The review said "Jumping: C We would not suggest jumping this beast too much. Out of the box it is not setup to go big. Anything over a foot in the air and we think you will be in trouble. If the aftermarket guys get hold of the XF, it will be different. For now keep it low." Quote from R/C Car.

Bonefrost, i have the X-Factor and i love it! So far i have converted it to 4 wheel steering and changed the springs on the shocks. I just received some Imex Jumbo Claw Dawgs to go with it, gonna put them on tomorrow. BTW, if you want to use different tire and wheels use Savage axles. Also check out the X-Factor forum at Hobby People. I am also thinking about putting some shocks where the cantilever rods are, heard it will really " articulate ". And it does jump alright, not as good as my Savage though, it will hop when it hits the ground, but i have more fun with this truck than my Savage.
