just bought my first rc truck today.. its freaking awesome. i prob ran it for 3hrs today. anyways it runs awesome but everynow and then it will randomly rev to the moon for a few secs. mostly when its further away. but im worried it will blow the motor or something. remember i dont know much about these. so any help is appreciated. my truck is a t maxx 2.5

it's probably the radio getting interference, and something else on the same frequency is controlling it. that is why people like the spektrum radios, as their is no interference.

thanks alot. my neighbor that i was running with has the revo 3.3 and he doesnt know that much about them ether.is they're anyway to fix that cause both of our radios are about the same

It is used for those who fly planes, helicopters, trucks and cars. Saves having to deal with others using the same frequencies as you do. Anoher thing you might want is having extra crystals, so if one does have the same frequency you can change them out and enjoy the out doors with you truck.
