I have read a couple of posts regarding the savage fuel tank issue and I'm wondering if I'm suffering the same problem here.
I had a very hard time to tune in the engines idle setup, It's still changing all the time....but once the engine's off, I can't restart it. it's impossible to pump fuel to the engine it always flows back, I have to remove the tube from the engine, remove the glow plug and after a couple of tries the da!!!!! thing is running again......
will either the dual tank mod or the ofna tank help???

Look at the thread by neonspin about the savge fuel tank. I did the new fuel tank plus header tank mod like what was pictured and it worked . I was having the same problem you are having right now plus the truck would quit running at half a tank of fuel. Now my mt runs like a charm.

I am having the same problem with my new savage it cuts out after half a tank and will not prime.
I cannot find the link about the mod can you repost it.
Is there a different tank available?

This is also the most kick ass version of the header tank mod i have sceen, its also the most expensive heh
