picco pull start sucks... roto start?
do i need to buy anything else(besides the roto start) to make a roto start fit my picco .26?

ofna part 39298, hex drive nuts, they act as a spacer, because it is an internal one way where as the savage has an exterior,

try nitrohouse.com doesn't tower or ace have it. I got mine at my LHS. You can also get just a nut from the hardware store. Check ofna.com they have a article about the rotostart working and this is where they tell you about the spacer, I think it was 12mm x 5.5mm. but double check
