Default i need a 10.8 volt battery anyone know where i could find one

Ok, ive posted this in a few other places and still no luck. So I guess ill ask it here in the Monster truck spot! I need a 10.8 volt 500mah NiCd 9cell battery for my dads plane transmitter. I guess i could go out and spend alot for rechargeble batteries and make one myself but i dont want to mess up and ruin batteries and lose money. If anyone knows where i could buy one of these things at it would be great.... I really need that @#$#@! battery and i cant find one anywhere

If you know where i can find any 10.8 volt 500 mah battery please tell me.....

you could use 9 1.2 volt NiCd cells from radioshack and solder and shrink wrap them yourself. THen you'll know that the pack will fit perfectly.
